Rain, who helped me, was very reassuring and thoughtful in the way he explained things to me. I appreciated the clear communication. Not everyone is a mechanic, and other places try to ask for your money for a job without even telling you exactly what you're paying for. I had two rear brake sensors replaced. The price was fair and I knew what I was getting, including the warranty on the work.

If you're looking to have your vehicle serviced by experts, then you need to go to the team at Real Autohaus. These guys are life savers and will go above and beyond to service their customers. My Audi A4 failed its emissions test and I only had a week to have a diagnostic run, serviced and then finally pass the emissions.

Initially, I took my vehicle to a local Firestone shop where they ran a diagnostic and came back with a HUGE estimate to completely replace my Turbo, replace the thermostat sensor and possible replacement of my catalytic converter! After the initial shock of what Firestone recommended (didn't give me a full explanation of what they did to determine replacement) I decided to get a 2nd opinion. However, I made sure to search for experienced Audi technicians/shops.

Yelp led me to the highly recommended (5/5 stars) Real Autohaus Automotive. I spoke to Rain and he was very professional and accommodating. I explained to him the issue with emissions diagnostic trouble codes that needed to be looked at and resolved in a short amount of time. He was able to squeeze me in for a diagnostic & thorough inspection the very next morning! Rain kept me updated throughout the day put together a detailed breakdown of what they did and what NEEDED to be replaced. Very different approach and results from what the "other guys" had.

Not only did the team at Real Autohaus present a detailed recommendation and fair price, they also took the time to drive my vehicle to the emissions testing center which passed! Real Autohaus Automotive has gained a new customer by proving how valuable it is to find quality auto professionals you can trust.
